Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which Home Run Curb Appeal provides services. By requesting or accepting service, the customer agrees to the terms listed below.
Service Agreements
Services are performed based on the scope of work agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Home Run Curb Appeal reserves the right to modify service schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances that may impact service quality.
Scheduling
Scheduled service dates may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen conditions. In the event of delays, service will be rescheduled for the next available opportunity.
Weekly maintenance services may occasionally be shifted within the same week to accommodate weather conditions or scheduling adjustments.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, clearing obstacles, and ensuring pets are secured.
If the crew cannot access the service area upon arrival, the visit may be skipped and a service charge may still apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Invoices may be delivered electronically. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Home Run Curb Appeal reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Property Conditions
Customers are responsible for identifying and marking any hidden obstacles on the property, including irrigation heads, wiring, or other underground utilities.
Home Run Curb Appeal is not responsible for damage caused by unmarked or hidden obstacles.
Weather and Service Conditions
Certain services may need to be delayed due to weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, or unsafe working conditions.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services as quickly as possible when weather interruptions occur.
Liability
Home Run Curb Appeal will perform all services with reasonable care and professional standards. However, the company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions outside the scope of the services provided.
Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there are concerns with a completed service, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
Changes to Terms
Home Run Curb Appeal reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
